1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Status International ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Status International is a shop management system designed for tire shops, automotive repair shops, and multi-store organizations (MSOs). The Service provides tools for customer communication, inventory management, work-in-progress tracking, accounting integration, and business operations management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, payment processors, parts suppliers, and SMS messaging providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

7. SMS Communications

If you opt-in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Status International for appointment reminders, service updates, and business notifications. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Consent Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Status International and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Status International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Status International from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
